The creative heartbeat of Onitsha, Anambra State, pulsed with excitement today as Victory Elijah Inwang, widely known as Design Chef, hosted his groundbreaking Designer Hangout 2025 at the Chuba Ikeazu Mini Stadium, Awka Road, near the Obi of Onitsha’s residence.
The event turned into a massive celebration of creativity, innovation, and unity, drawing hundreds of designers, digital artists, and entrepreneurs from across Anambra and neighboring states. What was expected to be a modest gathering transformed into a full-blown creative festival that exceeded all expectations.

In his opening remarks, Design Chef expressed gratitude and amazement at the turnout, describing it as “a beautiful sign that creativity in Anambra is thriving like never before.”
“I’m honestly amazed at the number of talented graphic designers we have in Anambra. The creativity, energy, and passion I’ve seen today are unbelievable,” he said, smiling as he surveyed the crowd.
He emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation, reminding attendees that creativity goes beyond aesthetics it’s about problem-solving, storytelling, and impact.
“Design is a tool for change. Every designer is a creator of experiences that can shape the world around us,” he added.

The hangout featured an impressive list of special guests and creative industry figures, including Pastor Josh Alama, Walter Ebube, Console Adaolisabinigwe, Jaycee Sings, Nwokoye Joel, Nnaemeka Ndu-Eluwa, and many others.

“AI is not here to replace designers,” she said. “It’s here to make us more efficient, creative, and competitive. The future belongs to those who use technology wisely.”
She also emphasized her passion for graphic design consultations, helping brands and young designers achieve professional excellence. Console’s insights were met with thunderous applause as many creatives acknowledged the growing importance of technology in the industry.
